Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving order confirmation. It is important to note that orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST will not be processed until the following day. Furthermore, order processing times are separate from shipping times (refer to delivery standards for your shipping address).

Processing and shipping times are subjected to potential delays due to high volume in orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. You will be notified of such delays should they occur.

Orders within Canada and the U.S over $60 qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is at our discretion if shipping costs are over a total of $30. 

Delivery Standards Within Canada

We are located in and ship from Gatineau, Quebec, Canada.

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

In-store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees and shipping times with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at your checkout, your order will be prepared within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We will contact you when your order is ready along with pick-up instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday.

It is important to understand that your order may be subjected to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once your order reaches your destination country. Please be aware that for international shipping, the order is Delivered at Place (DAP). This means that we are responsible for delivering the goods and transporting them to your destination country however, once the goods are available for unloading in your destination country, the risk transfers to the buyer’s responsibility. The buyer is then responsible for import clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties. We suggest you consult your countries important duties and tax regulations to be aware of the risk you may be subjected to.


Please be aware that as the buyer, if you want your shipment to be insured, it is your responsibility to select a carrier service that includes insurance.

There is no guarantee on International delivery times. Please remember that this is out of our control. If it has been over 30 days since your expected delivery date, contact us at and we will work towards finding a solution together.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges


If you are unsatisfied with a product, please contact us regarding the order. Provide us with details as to why you are unsatisfied with your order. The item can be returned, and we will replace it with another fragrance or provide a gift card of the same value. This decision is at our discretion.

If you believe your product is defective, promptly contact us at with details of the product and the defect. The item can be returned for exchange.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at indicating your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution either through a refund or the item can be replaced for example. It is important to note that we are not responsible for the package once it has left our facility.

Shipping charges for return must be prepared and insured by you. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the products during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include cost of shipping.
